Benchmark Corporation represents
tenants seeking space (small and large), with an objective of analyzing the market from
the tenant's point of view. This will include meeting with the client to determine
exactly what type and amount of space is needed, defining the area to be searched,
discussing the financial aspects of the transaction and agreeing on time frames.
Benchmark Corporation will prepare a market overview with emphasis on appropriate
properties to include providing building comparisons. The tenant selects the
properties that will be best suited for the intended use and once a decision is made, the
lease preparation, final negotiations and lease signing can be accomplished. The
Tenant Representation Agent represents the Tenant by contract and offers absolute loyalty
and fiduciary responsibility to the Tenant. |
